「This hotel was fine for its price point. There were some spots on the bathroom counter that weren't clean. It seems that since the granite was multi-colored the unclean parts weren't noticeable to whoever "cleaned". The receptionist wasn't very helpful when it came to telling us information about restaurants in walking distance. 」

「いつでもロビーで、コーヒーマシンを使って豆から抽出する出来立てのコーヒーが飲めます。朝食ではパンケーキマシンで出来立てのパンケーキが食べられます。また、暖かくて柔らかいコーヒーロールが食べられます。すぐ近くにガソリンスタンドとハイウェイ入口があるのでドライバーに便利だと思います。スタッフの方々はフレンドリーでした。最初、部屋が古くて暗いかな？と思いましたが、部屋のあちこちに小さなスイッチがあって間接照明を数か所付けることができました。すぐ近くに鶏肉料理店とステーキハウスがあります。夜にグッスリ眠れました」

「For one it was really good. Staff was very friendly. No frills but you can’t beat the price. Great beds overall very clean the only they need to change the shower curtain it was very moldy. Other than that I would recommend.」

「Very gracious host who catered to our grandkids and to the New Year’s Eve Festivities. We were greeted with a great meal and had loads of fun playing games and enjoyed the coziness of the indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit. Highly recommend this serene family friendly cabin. 」

「Really nice place you can tell it was fairly new. Lots of thought went into it. The only thing that I didn’t care for was the hot tub and pool are not on site. They are down a few miles away and closed for off-season but that is to be expected and with the rain our buildings parking lot was a pond where all the other ones were nice and dry a little bit higher up or more gravel would definitely recommend this stay and stay here again, and we have plans in the future to reserve more cabins. 「We had a lovely and very comfortable stay. Everything was set up for comfort and the kitchen had all the tools that I needed to keep my family happy. The beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was very well kept and clean. Plus, the house smelled lovely. It was so nice that there was a washer and dryer and laundry detergent. Plenty of towels were available which is usually something we run out of quickly. Thank you for the hospitality!」

「The House of Joy was so fun, before we left we were already talking about booking again. Our family went for a wedding. Most of our time was spent in the pool. Unfortunately, the wifi was down (and the electric went out for a little) - not their fault. BUT it made us all put our phones down and enjoy the moment with each other even more! The house was so unique. It was a crazy experience that gave us so much to talk about and even with the wifi down, the 5 kids were NEVER bored. There was 2 dogs...
