「We chose this property for its proximity to Great Sand Dunes National Park, relying on the Expedia listing that promised A/C and a washer/dryer. Unfortunately, the house was very hot upon arrival, and the washer was broken. We had two main issues: Broken Washer: The washer was the primary reason we rented a house instead of a hotel. The owner later revealed a previous guest broke it, and they were unable to fix it. However, they failed to warn us in advance so we could make other laundry...

「The property is beautiful, secluded but close enough to services to easily access stores and food. We loved the view of the stars at night. The house is off-the-grid, but isn't lacking in modern comforts. We did have to go through unpaved roads to reach the property, but it wasn't too bad once we found a good path to get there! The bed was amazing, and everything was spotless. She put extra care into the amenities and ensured we had everything we needed, and thoughtfully left disposable...

「The only issue was the 6+ miles of unpaved roads. Glad we took the vehicle we did because our other car would have shaken apart. Great views...especially at night! Almost no light contamination so could see Venus and Jupiter and the whole sky of stars.」
