「1週間滞在してシーツが取り替えられなかったことが引っかかった。 それ以外は、温水シャワーも出るし、食事もアトラクションもよかったと思う。何もせずにのんびりと滞在するのには良いと思う。」

「アクアヴィラに宿泊しました。ビーチの目の前で部屋の場所は最高でした。そこは文句なしです。現地ポリネシア系のスタッフの感じはすごく良かったです。マリン系グッズの貸し出しスタッフの笑顔でのサービスは気持ち良かったです。しかし、しかし、ハウスキーピングと一部の白人スタッフのサービスレベルに問題あり。ティッシュやトイレットペーパーの補給がされなかったり、なんかタオルが臭いときがあったり。また、バーの白人スタッフの態度は最悪で恐らくアジア系は差別してると思いますね。せっかくの素敵なホテルなのに、これらいくつかの点が残念だったので、次回来るときは別のホテルにすると思います。」

「We enjoyed more that what we expected!!! We often see "Muri beach" is the best in Rarotonga island, however, we think the beach belonging "Club raro" is also the best one! The only what we are sorry (a little) is the breakfast menus are same during our stay and there was a cockroach in our room. We thank the hotel staffs for their heartwarming hospitality in while we stay.」

「We have stayed at Palm Grove in the past. We love the beachfront units. Even if the weather is poor, the view is still brilliant. The snorkeling in front of the units is extremely good with a wide variety of fish life. The sandy beach is also great. Breakfast is adequate with cereals, fruit, toast, spreads, coffee etc. Plus you can order and pay for more if you need it. Use of kayaks and snorkeling gear is complimentary, if you dont have your own. Wigmores supermarket is just...
