「It was ok to sleep in. We were in building 11a. The air conditioning could have been placed in a better location to have better flow in the room for sleeping as it was hot in the room. The filter should be changed in the AC as it does have a mildew smell」

「Doesn't look like much from the outside but inside has lake decor & is very nice. On-site bar/restaurant & we each were given a free drink with reservation. Very friendly employees. Hotel is easy to find your way throughout. Large pool & hot tub area - hot tub jets not powerful but was relaxing. The views were amazing from our balcony. 「Checking in took a while no Wi-Fi no outdoor pool only indoor was small not a lot of stuff in it . game room was small no point in spending money The room was clean but when we went to bed got bit by bed bugs my daughter found one and took it to the front desk then management call me but didn't get the call and they forgot about it . I Don't appreciate it . but I would appreciate my discount for having to change rooms and management forgetting about me getting bit by bed bugs . That's gross....
