Our stay was seamless and stress free. The staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They sent us texts throughout our stay to check in to ensure we were enjoying our stay and to inquire if we needed anything for our room. The room was very clean and our floor was quiet. The indoor Waterpark was well staffed and very enjoyable for the kids. Over it was very family friendly and accommodating for us!

Had a wonderful stay here celebrating my sons birthday. Fernando & his team went above and beyond. We arrived a day later than our original booking and they were so accommodating with us. We were greeted with smiles & good vibes. The listing doesn’t do the place justice, it was honestly way better than what we were originally expecting. It was enough space for 6 of us. The cleanliness was exquisite, we will be returning. I’ve attached photos of the space, I tried to get pictures before we got everything in but got too excited so don’t mind our belongings. However it is a lot of space! It even has a balcony. Thank you again for Fernando & his team! ❤️
