We loved this hotel. One male staff in particular in the pool area was not very pleasant to be aeound but then he left and everything was perfect. We loved our suite and the heated pools and hot tubs! Helpful and friendly staff.

Rooms were clean and comfy, staff were out of this world good at their jobs. Props to the whole team, especially the bar crew. Such a wonderful foundation for the resort! Only thing I found to be a bit lacking were the pools.

Obviously with everything brand new it all looked very nice. The room was nice. It was quiet. The pools were nice and warm. The downsides were there's only one elevator and its on one side of the building and if youre put all the way on the other side its quite a trek. There is a $100 per night incidentals charge and a $30 per night resort fee. My silent flabbergasted stare at the front desk clerk like he'd lost the plot when he told me that and thankfully he charged us less than the $100 per night fee. To me this is excessive. If youre staying a week or longer than a night or 2 thats a bit bogus and I really hope they reconsider that policy. Secondly while the pools are nice the constant multiple lurking security/staff in the pool area were a bit unnerving as they truly just stare at guests the whole time. And Im sure they are to make sure adults in the bar area dont get out of control or people getting rowdy but it was definitely weird. Lastly while it does have some kid amenities its honestly really just geared more toward adults. A shout out to the gal and guy that stood outside greeting guests with a friendly smile and warm welcome each time you came and went though.

Was clean and very cool to look around at all the amazing features and Nordic vibe but lacked in amenities and no microwave or even laundry bag which is a must for our family! Silk a great place to go just be sure to bring snacks and nothing that needs to be warmed up. Otherwise such a cool atmosphere! Also pricey for ice cream, and little things spent almost 80$ on 5 single scoop Ice cream cups. I would go back may more prepared next time.

The theming was amazing! We loved the music that played through the resort and all of the decor. We thought the amenities- arcade, pool, fitness center, etc- were all awesome and the room was spacious and comfortable. The food was to die for! Every staff member that we met was helpful, friendly, and kind. Cannot wait to visit again!

The room was spacious the staff was very friendly and would say hi to you when you walked past them and the tv had your name on it and you could also log onto your Netflix and prime video account and eat your show while on vacation which is pretty awesome because when I would do to a different hotel you should need to watch it on your phone those steaming services

The staff was amazing! Kind, friendly and very helpful at every turn. The facility was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. "Water park" was lacking. Only 1 small area for older kids to play in the water and no big slides. The slides they did have were fun for maybe upto a small 8 year old. We loved the theme of the place though, very fun and incredible details. I'd go back with adults, cause there were a variety of hot tubs, 2 with indoor/outdoor options. I'd absolutely recommend for families with young children. But, the pools weren't enough to occupy my middle and high-schoolers for very long.

We stayed for the weekend here. It was very clean, and staff were incredibly welcoming. The food could be better. The wings were very bland. The pool was fun, and we loved the bar. The drinks were great!! We only wish the arcade was opened later, it closes too early, especially for the weekend. I would recommend and would love to come again. Overall, amazing hotel and experience.

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back! One of the first things we noticed was how clean everything was. Our room was spotless, spacious, and had a lot of what looked like brand-new furniture—some pieces, including the sleeper sofa, still had the tags attached. The mini fridge was much larger than expected, and the room also had a safe. The only thing we noticed missing was a microwave, though we didn’t ask if one was available. The staff was plentiful, friendly, and always visible throughout the property, which made the hotel feel well cared for. The pools were clean and enjoyable, though not especially large. The hot tub was a great size, and the swim-up bar was a fun bonus. The arcade had a nice variety of games and kept the kids entertained, although the games were a bit pricey. It would be nice if they offered a time-based play pass instead of only using credits. The location was another huge plus, with easy access to many of the Wisconsin Dells attractions. Our kids had an amazing time and are already asking when we can come back. Overall, we had a great experience and look forward to staying here again on our next trip to the Dells!
