「I encountered G for the first time in a hotel room in my entire life. Extremely dissapointed as the staff didn't even offer a different room. Towels are supposed to be white but each towel has different whiteness & I wouldn't use them if I brought towels by myself. All in all, I would stay in another hotel if I have to go there again.」

「Great communication with the place. House and room were clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom. Enjoyed the snacks in the room. Breakfast was very good and very friendly staff. Short walk to the nice downtown. Only drawback is you have to go to the house next door for coffee and breakfast. Would be nice to have coffee in our room or in the house. Overall very pleased with our stay.」

「We had a great stay and had everything we needed. It was a quiet and peaceful location and walking distance from anything we wanted to do around town. We spent most of our time out and about exploring the cute town, historic housing and sound views. Cassandra was very responsive and her home was perfect for the low-key girls' getaway that we were looking for. 」

「We had the absolute best time!! Everything was beautiful and very clean! We stayed the weekend to celebrate our anniversary! It was just a short walk to the downtown area for eating, shopping, and exploring!. We had wonderful weather!! We took the town trolley tour, as well as, walked around to visit the historical sites! We had a delicious dinner at The Herringbone. Everyone was very friendly and nice. We ended our stay watching a gorgeous sunset over the water from the front porch! So quiet...

「The house itself inside is very nice a beautifully restored and spacious. There is a real problem with the electrical system, breakers flip off several times a day. You can’t use the coffee pot (regular size) and microwave at the same time without breaker going off. Sometimes the tv and heat will trigger the breaker to flip. There are no small trash containers in bathrooms or bedrooms and no toilet brush in either bathroom or any cleaner. Also kitchen needs a full size coffee pot, just a...

「Everything about our stay here was fantastic! Anytime I reached out to the host, she responded on a timely manner. We were in want or need of anything at the house. The house so clean and felt like home. Definitely will try to rebook, if I head back up there. 」

「The host hung out in the shed on the property and monitored the coming and going of guests during the stay. My friends felt like they were being watched; she even texting me when food was delivered. We also had a misunderstanding about the fact that I was renting it on behalf of family friends who are missionaries and were coming to my wedding from out of town. The host freaked out that I wasn’t staying there and made me come to the house so she could check my ID 30min before my rehearsal...

「The house was exactly as pictured. The area was very quiet- we didn’t see or hear anyone else the whole weekend! Would highly recommend for a quiet fall weekend. Van Dee was super responsive and helpful. Our only suggestion would be more kayak paddles. We could only locate one. 」
