「everything was great thank you」

「Our favorite Hotel in North Conway!」

「The hotel room was dirty, the hotel itself was dirty and had a strong smell of body odor in parts of the lobby, and the hot tub was broken. The working pool looked very dirty. The bathroom in our room had dust coving the entire vent fan as well as several cobwebs in the corners of the bathroom. There was also a used bar of soap left from the last person who stayed in the room in the shower, the bottom of the shower had a pink substance on it. We had booked a room for two nights, I requested a...

「Good views. Food basic. Toaster 1 side was working. Little counter space in bathroom. Desk chair was dirty & could not be adjusted. The chair screeched when sitting on it and with any movement.」

「Nice quaint hotel with Mountain View’s and riverside amenities」

「Great place to stay passing through New Hampshire! Staff was very friendly.」

「The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff are friendly.」

「Clean room, only one lamp for room for light asked for another to have better light」

「The room was ok. Food was very good」

「It was fine, nice breakfast. Our third time staying here. Convenient location.」

「We loved the property. It’s a beautiful spot. Breakfast was delicious. The stocked pantry is a nice touch especially the cookies. The one down side was our visit to the Alpine bar. I think it was understaffed. The bartender was responsible for making all the drinks plus taking food orders. As a result we waited quite a while to put in a food order. The service was not very good because of these issues. I realize he was overworked but an apology for the wait time would have been nice.」

「The pictures makes it seem more updated than an actually is. Wasn’t super clean and basic breakfast .」

「We really wanted to love Huttopia but our experience dealing with the customer service line really ruined that for us. They’re certainly not an acclimating company. The site itself was nice and our tent was well maintained. However, it’s definitely a place meant for children. I wouldn’t plan a romantic getaway here. There should at least be a rule of no children without parents but it seemed there were at least 30 children just running around, biking on the food deck, it felt like I was at a...
