「Awesome place stay. Staff was nice and friendly. One of the best place I ever stayed. Peaceful and quite. I will be booking it in the future.」

「In a busy town you expect noise. TVs on in the rooms next door, road noise, people talking, the cleaning staff making their rounds. Besides the hallway being vacuumed (the late morning)and the occasional door being slammed shut, it was QUIET! It was busy. But you wouldn’t know it. I would highly recommend. If I ever go back to Cloquet I will stay there again.」

「On a 2 day stay in early October the staff was very nice. The place was very clean. Nice little get away from crowd. Would stay here again.」

「A room smelled like cigarette smoke and the neighbor next door was smoking, so it came in through the vents and a very musty smell in the room. When you first got in the room each time. I mentioned this to the owner.」

「Beautiful spot, if you’re new to camping or have kids/dogs this is the place. The location was secluded and definitely has that up north feel. Great for getting out in nature and close to other things to do outside.」

「The hot water heater stopped working & the septic system needed attention.」

「Overall the place and amenities was nice. The concern was cleanliness. There was so much long hair from another person ( both my husband and I are bald) that we had to clean the toilets, sinks, shower, etc and still didn’t get the floor which was really bad in the bathroom. The kitchen was incredible and the the experience otherwise was great; my hope is they just forgot to sweep and clean the bathroom a little more.」

「Nice little place to get away and enjoy some nearby State Parks and SHT hiking trails. The place was clean, easy to check-in to and had a mostly private outdoor space that worked out great for hanging out in the mornings and evenings.」

「Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The property is a great setup for a large family, the beds were very comfortable, and the kids had a blast using the kayaks. We would absolutely consider staying here again because the location and layout were exactly what we were looking for. There were a few areas that could be improved. At check-in, I had to reach out to request the door code because it hadn’t been sent automatically. It also took some time to locate information about the property since...

「This place is a real gem, especially for the price we got it for. Everything was clean and fully stocked when we arrived. Loved the decorations everywhere, especially the sun room out back. There were many nice to haves like firewood and extra foodstuffs in the pantries. The documents that were sitting on the table gave all the information we needed, contacting the owner was pretty straightforward and efficient. My group loved meeting the goats outside haha. Everyone found a comfortable place to...

「Very beautiful property, reasonable price, clean & stocked home with hot water & a sauna! Very fast communication & friendly, accommodating hosts. Everything we needed for a quick, relaxing getaway. Thank you!」

「We loved our stay at the "Baumhaus" near Jay Cooke State Park. It was so comfortable, well stocked and absolutely stunning. I could have stayed on that incredible swivel chair on the porch listening to the birds and sipping tea out of your beautiful mugs for days. Loved all the bird details and art. Thanks!」

「We had a great time and enjoyed it all !! Thanks for a wonderful place to call home for a few days !」

「Everything and more」

「Had a great stay. Outside area was a decent size and where we spent most of our time. House definitely needs a few updates/fixes but it works as a place to sleep. Would of been nice to have a dehumidifier or something because it was very damp smelling. Atv trails were very close so that was nice. 」

「We had a great time and so did our pups!」

「We love this place!」
