「Here are some the pros: nice location on a residential street, easy access to downtown if you walk (about seven blocks away), nice shower head, big bed (but I found mattress uncomfortable so was glad I brought a memory foam mattress topper with me), owner was always responsive and very nice. Cons: no one was there to greet me when I arrived (had to wait 20 min), leaking roof in several rooms (they sent someone to repair but it was not completely fixed), outdoor furniture was all broken and...
