「the towels and sheets were left in the drier and were not folded. The listing said there were two beds, but the sofa bed as unusable due to the fact that the mattress was unhygienic and there was no mattress cover. Furthermore, there was an inflatable mattress in the closet, but it deflated within two hours and my son had to sleep the rest of the night on a very small uncomfortable sofa.」

「First of all - do NOT pay in advance on Hotels.com as the owner won't accept this and will claim that he never gets money from Hotels.com. I was too tired to argue, so I paid again at hotel (though I shoved him my e-mail confirmation that all was paid for). When I then was charged from both hotel and Hotels.com I had to contact Hotels.com to get my part refunded - no assistance or action from owner's side.
