Very nice and unique hotel in the heart of the Plovdiv Old Town. The staff is super helpful. Parking is another big plus.

Our stay at City Boutique was 5 stars all around! The hotel itself is nicely decorated, laid out, and comfortably equipped with everything you might need or want for your stay. Our bed was very comfy, we had closet space, a mini-fridge, and a nice bathroom with a spacious shower. I was particularly happy to see that there was a fitness center here - that's partially why I booked it, and it was a very good one for a small hotel, with everything I needed to get my workouts in even on vacay....

This hotel was wonderful. After reading so many great reviews I decided to stay here for three night. It was the best decision ever! The hotel is situated in a really great area. The hotel is lovely and the rooms are perfect with really beautiful antique pieces with so much charm. The staff is wonderful and they really go out of their way to assist you in anything. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. This hotel was perfect and I look forward to stay for there again in one year

10 out of 10 on all counts - the room, staff, amenities, and location were all excellent. Right on a park and a short walk to the old part of town. The staff were all super helpful and nice. And breakfast was delicious!

Throughout my life, I've stayed in many different hotels in many cities. I generally don't like to comment on the places I stay because many hotels have both advantages and disadvantages. However, this time it's different.... Exceptional cleanliness, a magnificent breakfast, friendly and attentive staff. Don't let the fact that it's a 3-star hotel fool you; believe me, you can easily find a level of comfort here that you'd be hard-pressed to find even in a 5-star hotel. Are there no negative...

A great staff making you feel at home, incredible quality of restaurants and lobby bar, swimming pools, etc, perfect service and room view, great location, beautiful interior. One of the best Kempinski hotels in Europe.

Was charged 40 Euros for parking eventhough reservation stated Free Parking. New hotel. Clean. Modern. Excellent restaurants. Very large room with great views. Great staff.

Very comfortable place. Kind staff. The pool was closed Sept 16 ( could leave it open few more days). Very wide room. Breakfast a little poor. Generally enjoyed the place Price is very fair

Nice location friendly staff

I was completely satisfied. The bedding was comfortable and inviting. The room was quiet, the bathroom was perfect. The building is beautifully designed and interesting. There is great access to the city from the location. The breakfast was filling and reliably tasty.
