「Helpful and very friendly staff. The room was a nice size and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Very convenient location to Natural Bridge.」

「Our absolute favorite place to stay when we attend VMI events」

「The room was clean, but the entire hotel smelled like smoke. The walls must be paper thin, because we could hear people and conversations/music in neighboring rooms. Breakfast sucked!! The only protein was snack size yogurt. There were no eggs or any meat protein. The coffee was marginal. The morning staff person at the front desk was very unfriendly.」

「Staff was friendly. I appreciated the wide open space as soon as you walk in vs having the bed immediately after the foyer. There was an off putting smell coming from the bathroom. We were only going to stay one night so chose to deal with it because there were no other vacancies. A friend of my and her husband stayed in a room across the hall and also noticed the not so welcoming smell. The hotel was very conveniently located in proximity to the wedding venue we were attending.」

「Very nice」

「Great value Clean friendly staff」

「Staff was great - good breakfast」

「Good hotel conveniently located close to Lexington, as you would expect from such a big chain. Nothing to be crazy about, but also not to complain either. Breakfast choice reduced, considering the size of the hotel.」

The worst I can remember having any place I have stayed. The eggs were runny and we threw them out. We watched two guests make waffles and after a couple bites they threw those away. So, the only two hot foods were inedible. The orange juice appeared to be watered down and was very sour. There was cold cereal, bagels,...

「Parking close to room, affordable price」

「This was one of the best experiences we’ve had in recent memory. The in was beautiful, staff warm and friendly, and the room spacious and comfortable. Best breakfast hands down. I would come back just for the breakfast!」

「The hotel was useful for a quick overnight stay. The staff was very willing to work out our accommodations.」
