「Great location! Great job on the remodel. It was very well laid out and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.」

「The house was in a great location. I will say the split systems required to cool the bedrooms were very noisy. The other thing that I didn't realize is that the house is just open to the basement - there's no door. That may not bother some, but it was a little odd for me, coming from an area that doesn't even have basements. 」

One suggestion I would make to help with privacy and feelings of safety (particularly for single females) is adding a shade or blinds to the exterior door and the kitchen window, since it is a first floor unit.
