「I would have preferred to know that someone lives on the property while booking and not the day before arrival. This kind of information should be disclosed with more advance notice. I found it quite off-putting to get a message stating that someone lives in an apartment in the backyard but was already in route. He has nothing to do with the home and acknowledged such.
