Samantha was communicative, accommodating, very kind, and extremely responsive! We needed a place last minute for two couples and a couple teenagers and her vrbo in Shreveport (Broadmoor area) was perfect for our needs! We only slept and showered at the home, but it is a nice layout - open spaces - space but well-equipped it seemed and certainly in the kitchen. She provided welcome snacks, water bottles in the fridge and Keurig coffee-pods, creamer and sugars. The house is older and I imagine over time they will update bathrooms, but it was clean, comfortable and served our needs. The two bedrooms towards the front/middle of the house share a bathroom and the primary is in the back of the house with an en-suite. The 4th bedroom and 3rd full bath is in the back just off to the side of the patio in a “garage-style” apartment open concept layout, so ideal for another couple or older guests. Check-in and checkout were simple and easy and we appreciated that so much! The house is located in a safe quiet area and close to everything! Walking distance to a grocery store, drugstore, and a few restaurants and 5-15 minutes by car to all other Shreveport/Bossier attractions. If we need another vrbo during our next visit to Shreveport, we will happily stay here again. Thanks Samantha!

Samantha was absolutely wonderful! I’ve been using VRBO for at least 12 years now and of all the places we’ve stayed this has been our best experience with the owners and how very friendly, helpful and accommodating they are! This will be our go to for my family and I when visiting Shreveport! I would highly recommend this property!!
