"The property is up on a hill offering great view of the town/harbor. The hotel is a little older but very clean with spacious rooms that are quiet. Shower is spacious with excellent water pressure. The food selection at breakfast was great and tasty as well as dinner at the Forest Grill was excellent and very delicious. Staff is friendly and excellent customer service."

This is my first rating for my fourth stay at The Heritage Manila. I find it to be exceptional at cleanliness, dining experience, and amenities provided.
I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Ms. Jette at the reception counter. She compassionately listened as i communicated my issue, and she offered a solution. Sheer professionalism. Thank you greatly, Ms. Jette.

We stay for 4 nights and I was very happy with the experience, the location is perfect, lots of nature around, management are the best, they help with everything, including answering very specific questions regarding the neighborhood, they suggested nice place to eat, offer Island hopping, and more.
We will go back as soon as we can.

The rooms are large!!! Very clean room and bathroom and had complimentary toiletries. The local area isn’t that great but it’s not a far walk from red street and the main nightlife of Angeles.

Excellent staffs and good services.
Not so happy with the room and bathroom smells foul odors. Very unpleasant although housekeeping quickly tried to resolve the bad smell but the bad smell remains. Air fresheners doesn’t work.

Nice, safe and quiet property near SM Bacoor. It has food, and drink options and Wi-Fi with Netflix for entertainment when you are in your room. It has a pool and sauna, but I didn’t try them. I did play billiards and a dart board is available as well.
