"The location of the property is good but the cleanliness inside the unit was not upto scratch. No toilet papers, dirty sheets, furnitures and looked like the floors were never vacuumed or mopped. Also the drainage in the bathrooms had fowl smell."

"Sadly when I arrived to check-in, they couldn’t find my booking, despite having the details on my phone and email. We then had to keep trying to contact the host via the concierge of the building as their communication was very poor. It took over an hour before they eventually told me to go to alternative accommodation about 20 mins away by taxi."

"I was writing earlier about this stay. I added a day because I wanted my companion to check in early so I could come from the airport to the bed and sleep off some big time jet lag. I covered the negatives in the other review, so I will say some of what went well. The bed was decent and I slept well. The size is a bit larger than a similar place in the Shore Residence which I also stayed at."

"I checked-in. This facility is unprofessional. Did not even respond to my messages. I had to book elsewhere instead. I rarely give negative reviews. And I'll give it here. There are far more convenient places to rent at near Pasay. Not this. Never!"
