"So the location and property itself is really convenient. The SM mall is within walking distance and theres a convenience store just at ground level. The room itself was well stocked with modern amenities and wifi. However theres roaches, small ones but enough for my wife to find them in our clothing and such. "Adequate. The A/C for the apartment consists of an a/c unit in each of the bedrooms upstairs. Only fans are available downstairs. Be mindful the bath downstairs is a wet bath, and if you aren't used to traveling abroad, the toilet is a bidet. The wasing machine is nice to have, but window above is open, so when it rained, everything below got wet. Security for the unit was great and our hostess was pleasant. "

"We had a function to attend at Imus, Cavite and we found this place that could accommodate all 11 of us, ranging from a 1yr old baby, 2 kids, 4 Adults and 4 Senior Citizens.
