"Condo was well kept. Basic needs are available including wifi, plates and utensils. Host was responsive even if it was a last-minute booking. Although there was a bit of delay in the pool registration, host was able to resolve right away. Check-in registration and parking pre-registration was a breeze. Host even allowed us to get in the unit a bit earlier. There were some board games and stuff that entertained us during our quick stop to this place as our original travel plans got redirected...

"If looking for a true getaway, this place is it. No restaurants nearby so one has to shop for food to cook at the place. Full kitchen and a fridge. Close to the beach and that's it. "

"We had a function to attend at Imus, Cavite and we found this place that could accommodate all 11 of us, ranging from a 1yr old baby, 2 kids, 4 Adults and 4 Senior Citizens. The Property Manager (Anthony Rose) was very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions in timely manner. Check in and Check out was very flexible and easy, as long as no one was booked before or after our party. All amenities mentioned were available. "Adequate. The A/C for the apartment consists of an a/c unit in each of the bedrooms upstairs. Only fans are available downstairs. Be mindful the bath downstairs is a wet bath, and if you aren't used to traveling abroad, the toilet is a bidet. The wasing machine is nice to have, but window above is open, so when it rained, everything below got wet. Security for the unit was great and our hostess was pleasant. "
