"The area is in the slums and smells terrible. We lost power a few times. Inside the apartment are signs everywhere telling you what to do and not do. There was a sign telling us to flush the toilet after using it, no alcohol, take your shoes off, do not enter this room, no smoking..etc. The ac was only upstairs in the bedroom area.
