"So we arrived and you are charged to park. Same price for 2 days or 10. Basically, everytime you want to leave or come in, someone has to come out and open the gate for you. It's a bit of a pain. Our biggest surprise was that this getaway was in a rusted single wide trailer that was older. The front looks like a house but is actually a garage attached to this Mobile Home. "The property was fantastic, and Las Gaviotas is a wonderful neighborhood. At night, the ocean and beach make great sounds, and the sunset views from the jacuzzi are stunning. Over the long weekend, the HOA brought a fresh fish taco stand/cart."

"Our stay at Araiza was good, despite a smell in the room that came from the drains and some dust in the room the hotels bar and restaurant made up for it. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and was delicious. The bar tender suggested a few drinks that we ended up loving so gets some points on our stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay, we thought the bed was very comfortable, we enjoyed and the hotel location is very convenient."
