「Room was ok had key issues but gave us a nother room till they could open it and guve us our luggage😏」

「Place was great service was great. Only issue at first was they gave me a key that was in the 3 floor and that room only had one bed when i reserved 2 beds So needed to walk up stairs with luggage and blankets wasn’t the best part of the day. Other than that stay was great 」

「Super nice, super clean, very spacious, very nice, hot tub, but bring a car. Don’t try to taxi or Uber to this distant location.」

「Its dirty, old, rusted and outdated. I did not feel unsafe staying here but I had a companion traveling with me. The property definitely did not match the pictures. I booked the "deluxe" room that had air conditioning. The smaller rooms do not have air conditioning. The water was hot after a few minutes. Additionally, the uber would not drop us off at the hotel because there is some kind of "agreement" with taxis services that they will stay out of the downtown area so we were dropped off...

「This place is a fraud, upon arrival to the Jolla del Mar there is no lobby or no one to give you access to the room. The telephone number on their website is to the leasing office which they have no information about your booking. The worst experience was with expedia, they couldn't help me get the room I booked through them or cancel the transaction even that I informed them about my situation and that I believe it was a fraud. They keep standing the policy even that the the policy doesn't...

「Don’t do it. We spent a whole lot of our vacation time trying to get a hold of the owner but NEVER got a response. Since it was a holiday weekend no rooms were available so we ended up sleeping in our car at a campground. Expedia tried getting a hold of the host and no luck either. Looked good in pictures but we will never know. 」
