The pictures on the website are nothing like the place itself. The room was terrible; it smells awful the t.v didn't work everything was terrible. I WOULD NOT RECOMMAND TO ANYONE!!!

Location was great, close enough to Rosarito beach to walk (30 mins) and a lot of restaurants, coffee, pharmacy and food store options. Now my review for the room itself, it wasn’t the room that I booked and when I made the receptionist (older lady) aware of that, she got very defensive. I let her know it’s not the room that was pictured or in the description of the room I reserved. She blamed Expedia for not having the correct pictures, but also said it’s because of remodeling and when I told her if I will be refunded for the smaller room and smaller beds she said no because it was the correct room and got very defensive with an attitude. The room was disgusting, there was no hot water the first night, the beds were the worst, there was holes in the walls, there was only 2 A/C controllers for the entire property therefor we didn’t have A/C most of the time. As far as the cleaning ladies and the gentleman that watched over the property at night… they were amazing. There was bugs in the room, the wall plugs would spark, they just painted over the tiles, therefore the paint would come off and stick to our feet when we would shower and to top everything off… we all havr to start medication and fungal treatment because we have a fungus infection on our feet. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. One of the WORST places I’ve ever stayed.

I stayed here to save money me and my dad, next day at 4am i started to feel itching, and my hand small bumps, I got up and checked myself, I noticed red lines in my body stomach area hand and legs and itchy, so I called my family doctor and send pictures, he said it was scabies, he recommended some creams, but it was due to dirty hotel room with insects in the mattress, Expedia should refund me and pay for my treatment, really bad experience, Expedia should amended this issue.

Pool area is somewhat nice, clean bathrooms. The room though somewhat clean The mattress sunk in when we lied down and the bathroom smelled like sewer. It was bad. Broken cabinet door and really really outdated

This place was ABSOLUTELY nothing like the photos the room was horrible you it smelled paint pealing cracks everywhere broken drawer the sofa covered in dust with rips and stains the bathroom dirty had to go ask for toilet paper thw lady gives me a used toilet paper that was partial wet where was the sanitary in that the internet did not work we didnt even have a tv had to ask permission for the air they dont leave the remote the bed was horrible felt the springs the pillow was soooo old ended using my own towel for a pillow then it was only 1 towel for a room of 2 the experience was bad and would NOT RECCOMEND NOR COME BACK they should of given some kind of refund back nothing what was listed or shown is what we got it was 👎BAD 👎

Una propiedad poca digna para anunciarse en expedia, las fotos no corresponden con la realidad. Normalmente me considero flexible y me adapto a dónde llego pero por el precio que nos cobraron fue totalmente injusto: por la mala calidad de la cama, por la persiana que ni siquiera cubría el tamaño de la ventana y se estaba cayendo, porque no había buros al costado de la cama, porque el baño estaba en deplorables condiciones, porque tenía una pantalla viejísima, porque el nombre del hotel era diferente al de expedia... en fin todo mal con esta propiedad. No quisieron regresarme mi dinero yme tuve que salir con mi pareja a otro hotel a elevadas horas de la noche.

Cuando llegue la programación en el lugar estaba mal, ya que les mencioné y mostré cuando era mi check-in (Domingo) Pero me mencionaron otra fecha (miércoles) La habitación solicitada no fue la esperada, la diferencia fue abismal (pero eso se que suele pasar) El internet honestamente no llegaba y no se buscó una solución más allá de “esperar” Por lo que todo el tiempo no hubo internet aunque se avisó más de 3 veces con intervalos de tiempo generoso para solucionarlo A su favor es que es un precio accesible Buenas condiciones las habitaciones Agua para ducharse fría y caliente son excelentes La piscina está muy bien cuidada La ubicación es fácil de identificar
