The location near the ocean amazing. The hot tub was inoperable and if you’re paying what you do, it would be nice if it worked. The villas are awesome! The staff was pretty good, no overly helpful but good. I would go back. Hopefully everything works next time.

The Sueno beach club was just steps from our room. It was beautifully quiet at night. Just the crash of the ocean. Staff was helpful, kind, and really funny. lol. Warm showers. Giant fan in the closet that kept us cool. We will definitely be back.

Very nice and clean room, the free breakfast was on point tortillas made by hand each plate is made fresh as u order🔥View from our balcony was excellent. All staff is very nice and helpful no complaints at all. Hotel has everything you need bar,coffee shop,restaurant. Liquor store and tacos place two minute walk the tacos are relly good too. My kids want to go back already.

The room was nice, the staff were not so helpful in the reception as in the restaurant where we got the free breakfast, waited 45minutes to get our coffee and another 30-45 to get our food. The coffee shop there was really good with great soothing vibes. Might not go to stay there again.

The place was really beautiful just needs some up keeping. A lot of broken stuff in the home. The scenery was beautiful. The restaurant, bar and cafe on site is a big bonus and very convenient. The information about the pool and activities where not disclosed. The pool (18+ pool with bar) is only open from Friday to Saturday from 10am-8pm. The tv did not work and asked staff twice to fix and never got fixed. House keeper only provided extra towels and toilet paper upon request. Stayed 4 days and 3 nights. When they did have actives for the guest like movie night on Thursday and yoga Saturday we were not informed or advised in anyway to participate in these activity. Over all was a beautiful place and the time there was good and felt safe just need better communication with staff.

We have stayed here many times, staff has always been extremely helpful and friendly but they need to update furniture and the rooms need more maintenance.. I was extremely disappointed this time due to poor house keeping when we got there and I was charged $300 pesos due to a minor food spill.. size of a dime not sure if I will book there again

Wow we had an amazing view of the beach breakfast at the buffet was awesome staff was very helpful. This was a wonderful experience for my husband and I. We celebrated our 23 wedding anniversary. Would definitely be back Thank you
