「新しいホテルで清潔です。チェックインからチェックアウトまでホテルの人に会わずコンピューターで行います。朝食付きにすると道を挟んで向かい側のレストランに行くことになりますので、困ったことがあったらそこで伝えることができます。私はチェックアウト後に荷物を預かって欲しかったので伝えたところ、電話を貸してくれホテルの人に問い合わせることができました。ホテル隣の家具屋で預かってもらえるシステムでした。」
