「We had reserved a room with a roll in shower. When we arrived the young lady at the desk didn’t see the request and put us in a regular room. I explained that my husband was on a walker and had difficulty stepping over into a tub. She immediately searched and located a room for us and made the switch. 「Rooms were clean, neat, sanitary. Hotel had nothing else to offer. No breakfast-only coffee but was told no creamer. Desk shuts down overnight. Only 1 disposable cup for taking my meds.」

「We had issues checking in. The floor in the rooms were dirty. The pool was horrendous and my kids were so disappointed they could not swim. A group of people came in and had a party with loud voices, fighting and screaming from 2:30AM to 6:30AM. It scared us and fortunately our kids slept through it. I did not. I would avoid this motel at all costs! You have been warned.」

「This was without a doubt, the dirtiest motel I have ever stayed at. I had to personally clean the floor of our room so my kids weren’t kissing filth all over their feet/clothes. When I asked for extra towels to do so, no one offered to come clean it for us or a different room and they were even hesitant about giving us additional towels.
