"My friend and I stayed here for two days and we were beyond disappointed. The hotel is very overpriced and the services and food provided are subpar. Food and drinks are priced quite high for the region and the quality was very unimpressive. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable and there is no AC in the room! It was very hard to sleep due to the high heat and humidity in the room at night. We have stayed in 3 other mid-budget hotels this trip and all of them had in room AC units. WiFi...

"No hot water for showering. I can understand if staying at a $5-$10 hostel but not for what this place charges. The staff offered to bring a bucket of hot water for cleaning up. Bed consisted of box spring, but no mattress. Not a comfortable nights sleep."

The check in was while sitting in a living room, they explain me all of the option for a day tour, the took care of my laundry after treking the Kilimanjaro. "The staff was incredible, I arrived a little bit earlier then check in and they were able to accommodate me. They were all so welcoming and helpful the service was great, the food was really good. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a convenient location close to airport"

"I don’t normally leave positive reviews, but Diddas Villa absolutely deserves one. This place is perfect—from the peaceful location to the beautiful layout, everything exceeded my expectations. What really made the difference, though, was the staff. They are hands down some of the friendliest, most genuine people I’ve ever met. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and went above and beyond throughout my stay. If you’re looking for a place that feels like a home away from home, Diddas Villa is it.
