「Relatively OK hotel in Arusha. The hotel is a little bit far away from city and main road (unable to go there by walk). Staffs are friendly and kind. The hotel has simple and small restaurant but it’s good. We stayed this hotel for very short time after Safari and left to Kilimanjaro Airport early morning. It took just one hour. It was good for this purpose. The hotel can arrange a taxi to the airport with 40USD.」

The check in was while sitting in a living room, they explain me all of the option for a day tour, the took care of my laundry after treking the Kilimanjaro. The lodge looks is wonderful, all is green beautifully plants, the room is wide, clean cacfully and really nice, the food is diverse and delicious. 「The place is what you pay for I guess. You'd think £60 would go farther in Tanzania but apparently not, Arusha is expensive. Basically, rooms are like prison cells, bathrooms terrible, and it took a few tries to find a room with working aircon. Staff were friendly enough if a little inefficient. What is with having to ask for toilet paper all the time - just have some in the room, its a basic necessity!!!」

「We were taking the shuttle bus to Nairobi and we were picked up at this hotel. Very clean but the amenities are sparse: 1 towel, 1 bottle of water, 1 soap, no shampoo. Bathroom needs attention, no lighting above sink, faucet turns at base when turned on. Hot water for shower is a plus.」
