「Just can’t beat the location. Great adult pool area with a phenomenal and friendly staff. The grounds are super well maintained with cute wildlife scurrying about. Was easy to reserve a palapa or poolside chair. Staff always made sure the room had tons of bottled water, clean towels and coffee pods. Only suggestion would be to make the check-in process more welcoming - maybe explain how to access the amenities and offer a welcome drink.」

「Great location. Food in the buffet was amazing. Food at the restaurants was just ok. The wait was ridiculous, it seems like they are short of staff.
No service by the beach, you have to get your own drinks.」
