Coastal 12th Floor Beachfront Condo w/ Close Dining & Shopping in Destin! 🌊🌴💙

West 1205 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the twelfth floor, West 1205 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. West 1205’s contemporary features and comfortable furnishings are the perfect combinations to complement your next Destin vacation.

Silver Beach Towers is currently undergoing a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building, specifically on the North/city side of the buildings. This project is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including work outside of North facing windows, and restricted access to parking spaces both on the lobby level and in the garage. Guests will have full access and enjoyment of the Gulf facing balconies and all other amenities. Compass Resorts will work with guests affected by the construction to provide the best vacation experience possible. If you have any questions, please give us a call.

Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first set-up for guests of this condo is available for a discounted rate of $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.

The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for four with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. The laundry room is right off the kitchen complete with a washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a soaker bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

This condo was amazing! It was as advertised. It was clean, easy to check in and out and the condo was just perfect. The views were amazing! You could see the sunrise and sunset from the very spacious balcony. We would definitely stay here again and we will in the future!

Me and my wife really enjoyed our stay here. We are already looking at booking it again next year. The views from this room are unmatched. We loved sitting on the patio in the morning watching the dolphins and other sea life. This place is at the perfect location. We were easily 10min from everything you could need. Kitchen was fully stocked with stuff, the service was great, and the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were very nice. We loved our stay with Silver Beach Towers and plan to come back next year.

We absolutely loved this condo ! Very clean and very comfortable beds! The only thing is the breakfast table had very wobbly legs. Thought it would break on us! I’m sure it’s an easy fix or replace! Other than that this place is a 5 star! We will definitely stay here again at 1205 West !

Awesome Condo

This condo is awesome, it is the best condo that we have rented in our 21 years of vacationing in Destin. It is very comfortable and so pretty and the 4 chairs and 2 umbrella's are great! It is located in a great place and not directly over the pool and it is so quite. There was nothing more awesome than waking up and seeing that beautiful ocean each morning. I will rent this condo again, the kitchen is stocked nice if you want to cook. (Not that we did, the food in Destin is great!)Great Condo, great price and the ease of checking is is wonderful, they send your packet with everything in it a week or so before you arrive and you just bring your key and walk right in, this is wonderful, no hassels! Thanks for renting and making our vacation so great!

Absolutely AMAZING!!

I booked this condo for my family summer vacay. As a previous review stated, the photos of this condo are right on point. The condo looks exactly like the photos. The check in process went smoothly. We arrived after 8pm and obtained our welcome packed from the locker. The packet had everything we needed. The condo was clean (kudos to the cleaning team). The beds were comfortable and has the perfect size televisions. The view from the balcony is amazing!! The tower lobby was clean every day and there was really no wait for the elevators. The luggage cart and grocery carts were very helpful. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely try to book this condo again next summer.

Wonderful Winter Week

We arrived late at night and the check-in process was extremely easy compared to other places I have stayed. I drive a large SUV and the covered parking garage was spacious and the parking spaces were large and not too tight. The luggage carts were sturdy and plentiful. Or condo was very clean and well laid out. We loved the access to the balcony from both bedrooms. We were able to watch the sun rise and set from the balcony. There was easy access to the beach and it was located near many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The beds were comfortable and the linens were plentiful. The bathrooms were very nice, though the lighting in the guest bathroom could use some improvement. The only small snag was that we extended our stay an extra night and when we tried to get in the condo the door code that we were originally given didn't work. Luckily it was during business hours so we called and got the code re-set. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

Best location on the best BY FAR!

The location of the condo was ideal - steps away from the cleanest and prettiest part of the emerald coast. The condo itself was well laid out, lots of space for two couples. Showers were large, lovely hot water with great pressure. (bring your own Kleenex and spare toilet rolls). Towels were clean and good size. Kitchen was fantastic with a full fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher (needs a kettle). Beds are comfortable with lots of pillows (might be time to update the sheets). We didn't use the laundry but machines looked good. We didn't use the pool because it was a very cold weekend, but the pool area was lovely. Pools looked well taken care of and the hot tubs were being emptied and filled while we stayed. I didn't give a 5 star review because there was construction/drilling going on that was very loud. This would have been nice to know ahead of time. This is not the owners fault, but be aware that there is work being done.
