「The actual property is great, located down a quiet laneway. Unfortunately, we came when it was around 30 degrees C. Sleeping upstairs only exacerbated the issue. We stayed 3 nights, unfortunately again there was a party not far away with amplified band and singer (not very good) on our last night which droned on till midnight. The property is very good, although I’m 193 cm and had to constantly duck my head when going into the kitchen/meals area. Well presented, well stocked.」

「We had a lovely break at Lodge Cottage. the location is so peaceful and the ground are amazing. we did not make use of the swimming pool, table tennis or snooker but it was nice to have the option. for us the location is a little too far inland as everything was booked up but that did not affect our break as we went out to the North Norfolk coast several times and Lottie our working cocker spaniel enjoyed a swim in the sea. Dereham is the nearest town and takes about 10 minutes by car and has...

「Lovely cottage with comfy beds, TV with DVDs, games, kitchen utensils, enclosed garden for the dogs and of course, fab one hour daily use of the indoor pool.」

「A beautiful remote property, situated in the countryside. 10 minutes walk to a lovely, award winning pub with stunning food and friendly staff. 15-20 minutes drive to the nearest supermarket. The owners of this property, who live next door, were very welcoming and friendly. They've thought of everything, including a welcome pack of milk, bread and butter. There were a few other thoughtful treats but i wont spoil the surprise. Cleanliness of the cottage is definitely a 10/10. Cant fault...

「Really lovely cottage in the rural countryside! Very clean. Comfy beds. Lovely roses and a personal message for us when we arrived. We had the whole place to ourselves! Great wi-fi. Only positive comments to put! A bit tricky to find in the dark - but we got there in the end☀️」

「Nice accommodation in a great location. Lovely welcome pack and well presented cottage.」

「A lovely little cabin, immaculately clean and extremely comfortable. Even the bed was comfortable which was a huge bonus. It is obvious that the cabin is a labour of love for the hosts and not just a business. This is seen in the thoughtful way it is furnished and all the little extra touches around the place. The welcome pack was a nice suprise and very welcome. So nice to have their own honey and eggs .... yummy!.The hosts are warm and welcoming just like their cabin. We will return.」

「Lovely little cottage very well equipped and very clean. A bottle of bubbly and chocolates and a pint of milk in the fridge awaited us. Great location for visiting all the lovely villages in North Norfolk and the coast.」

「We couldn’t fault our stay from start to finish. The hosts are extremely welcoming and friendly and more than happy to help with any questions. The house is extremely clean and comfortable and well kitted out with everything you need. Garden is stunning and the hot tub is fantastic, particularly in the evening watching the sun set. Will definitely be back to visit next year!」

「Lovely barn with all the extras to make it feel very welcoming, been coming here for the last few years as my family love it and already booked for next year x」

「This is a good base . Very comfortable, well appointed and has the addition of a great hot tub nicely tucked away at the rear. We felt the fridge facilities was inadequate as it was too small and made difficult to keep enough product chilled. Good sized bathroom but shower not 4*.Bed very comfortable ,heating adequate. The couple that own the bungalow are very nice and will always help out if needed.」

「We (family of 4 with 2 small children) had a lovely stay at this cottage! Very friendly landlord and beautiful welcome package. Basic amenities to get you started straight after arrival like tea, suggar, milk, bread. Ideally situated in a quiet area with horse paddock right next to the cottage. Underfloor heating was very cozy, modern cooking area.」

「Everything you could need and ask for. Perfect location if your going to Snetterton circuit」

「The Eco Barn is a really great sociable space and has all the features and luxury touches that make for a relaxing holiday. It is very spacious and furnished to a high standard for guest comfort. The outdoor space is really lovely, with the field beyond full of wildlife. The location is very peaceful and relaxing and the benefit of a pool, tennis court and games room makes it a great choice for the whole family. The complex is just the right size to feel very relaxed and peaceful and not busy...

「Great little comfortable place to stay. Everything explained! Second time I've stayed here and wouldn't hesitate to return. Local roads are a bit dodgy!」
