Downtown stay

House was nice and clean. Perfect for our week stay in Colorado. Location was exactly what we expected and Maria was a great host. Will be looking to stay again.

Scary Neighborhood

Would NOT recommend this property. As soon as we pulled in to the neighborhood there were homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks. When we expressed our concerns to the owner of the property and told her we were not comfortable staying there, she refused to refund any of our money. Bad neighborhood. Bad part of town. Do not stay.

Clean and Accommodating!

The house was clean and inviting! There was a great outdoor area to sit at as well as an indoor “sun room” area that had a big table. We play a lot of cards so both areas were perfect. Maria was very easy to communicate with the couple of times we needed it

Clean and as advertised

My group arrived to this property and were happy with the arrangements. It’s very accurately advertised and check in was a breeze. On our second to last night, the digital lock system went down or died so we were unable to enter, fortunately we were able to get in and just use the actual key to the door from then on out. Maria answered right away and was very responsive. We left the property at the end of our stay at 3am to take a flight out of Denver back to Boston. The following morning, I received several pictures and messages from Maria accusing myself and guests of having a dog in her property and outside. Again, we are from Boston and Maine… I immediately called Maria and she insisted that her neighbor saw us with dogs? And again I explained we flew in from New England and this is completely impossible. She then questioned if we maybe met up with others who brought dogs in the house. I assured her this was a huge mistake and we did not have any dogs on her property. We used the property solely for sleeping and spent our time at garden of the gods, Denver and red rocks. It was a really unfortunate end to such a great trip and to have been accused of something virtually impossible to happen from us. The owner initially said she would require compensation but has not pursued this. Keep this in mind when booking. The property itself is great and was perfect for what we intended to use it for.

Disappointed

First, communication from owner was awful. Check-in was bad because keyless entry did not work. I called 6 times before she answered as we stood out in cold. Our check in was 4pm, the day we were leaving she made sure to text me TWICE to leave by 11 am and I told her via text my daughter, is sick. (she said people were coming by 2? I didn't get that offer) That's when texting stopped. I again called her 3-4 times she did not respond as I forgot code to leave keys in lockbox. Bathroom BTW is big enough for ONE, that's 1, person. Not ideal for 3+ people.

Great place for our stay in Denver.

Wonderful! Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the backyard - plenty of shade and patio chairs. Just be aware there are pop up sprinklers around the yard on a timer. Everything was perfect for our stay.

Lovely home!

This recently remodeled property was great! Near Regis and easy to get into and out of the city, great kitchen and very nice comfy furnishings. Had a very nice stay!

Perfect for our girl's weekend

This property was perfect for our girl's weekend! The property feels brand new with the renovations. Nice outdoor space too! Maria was great with communication. I would definitely stay here again!
