THE SPACE:
This thoughtfully crafted 1,519 sq. ft. home strikes the ideal balance between modern design and cozy living. Spread across three levels, the space includes:

Main Level:
The central hub of the home features an open-concept layout with a plush sofa, smart TV, and large windows that bring in abundant natural light. The adjacent dining area is great for shared meals, while the fully equipped kitchen includes Caesarstone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed for home cooking. Spiffy. Convenient. Hip.

This was the perfect location for our weekend in Denver. Easy walk to empower stadium. Quick drive to Meow Wolf, Ball Arena, and downtown. My kids loved riding Scooters around Sloan Lake. And a sweet pad. The rooftop deck is fab. Thank you for letting us enjoy your awesome home.
