In the centre of Denia, the capital of the Marina Alta, you will find the penthouse Casa Chica, with all amenities, the port and the beach just around the corner!



The Casa Chica has a spacious bedroom (1.50x1.90 bed) for two people with a private terrace facing the Calle Colon. The large terrace overlooks the pedestrian promenade La Via, where the weekly fruit and vegetable market takes place. Directly below is the underground car park (not included in the rent).



But even if you don't have a car, the Casa Chica can be your holiday home. Being next to the old town it is easy to reach by train or bus.



The living - dining room has access to the south facing terrace with a table for breakfast or dinner. The views of the Montgó and the sunrise over the sea are impeccable.

It has a very relaxing atmosphere and several corners to relax and disconnect from everyday life.



The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and window.



The penthouse is on the fourth floor of a building without a lift. Pets are not allowed, and Casa Chica is a smoke-free holiday flat.



The rental price includes an electricity consumption of 10 kWh / day. An additional consumption will be billed separately.

A security deposit will be charged prior to arrival and will be refunded within 14 days of departure if no damages have been made.

There is a cleaning fee, which is not included in the rental price.

From the 1 July until 31 August the arrivals and departures can only be realized on a Saturday.

We kindly ask for your understanding that we can only accept bookings made at least 7 days before arrival and where the minimum age is over 26 years.
