「L'appartement est bien situé tout près de la plage, et la piscine est sympa. La vue de la terrasse sur la mer est vraiment TOP. L'appartement est très bien équipé et le wifi et l'ai conditionné ont été grandement appréciés. Si je devais noté un petit point faible, il faudrait juste changer la description de l'annonce et bien stipulé que le ménage n'est pas une option mais une obligation pour cette location. S'ajoutent les frais supplémentaires pour les serviettes/draps et la remise des clefs...

「We had the best stay. The property is very central, modern, clean and very well maintained. The property manager was very efficient and responded so quickly and was immensely helpful. We will definitely stay here again. 」

「Ein wunderschöner Ort, sehr Ruhig auch Nachts. Der Strand ist super/Mega . Selbst an Sonntagen gibt es Platz für Alle. Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Der Blick auf das Meer ist fantastisch und wenn es gewittert ist das unglaublich zu Betrachten. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist super, gute Kommunikation . 「Es tal cual aparece en las fotos. Casa con estupendas vistas, muy limpia la entrega y con todo lo necesario para una gran experiencia y disfrute de su cercanía a la playa. Indicar que una de las habitaciones no tiene aire acondicionado, si tiene salón y habitación principal. Pero es cierto que tiene ventiladores en todas las estancias. La entrega perfecta y con comunicaciones agiles. 」

「This property was perfect for our family holiday. Gated community very close to the beach and marina with an easy walk into town. The property had everything we needed and the terrace was a lovely space to chill. We all loved the pool area and it was great place to come back to after a day of exploring. The instructions and attention to detail from the host were excellent. Overall a fabulous place to stay」

「Wenn Sie mitten im Leben von Denia wohnen wollen, sind Sie genau richtig. Hafen, Altstadt und Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Geräumige Wohnung. Schöner Blick von der Terrasse. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage, kann es schon mal etwas geräuschvoller zugehen (Wochenende). Es hat uns als _Stadtmenschen, allerdings nicht gestrört, da das Schlafzimmer nicht zur Straßenseite gelegen hat. Es gab immer was zu gucken.」

「Great apartment, great location, needs a bit of updating but perfect for us and the dog. Plenty of restaurants, cafes near and easy walk into Denia centre. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay Denia is a good base for travelling to other beaches and towns .」

「Viajamos 5 personas, 2 de ellas niños, lo unico bueno que hs tenido ha sido el trato con Corinne, ha sido excelente, es la persona que nos entrego las llaves. Repecto al apartamento me ha parecido horrible, sin aire acondicionado, super pequeño para 5 personas, las mosquiteras todas rotas, en la terraza solo se puede estar antes de que salga el sol o cuando se ha metido, no hay una sombrilla o un toldo. 「We enjoyed our holiday. The house was ideally situated near town but in a quiet residential area up a hill with sea view. All comfort was there, just like at home. The house is spacious, clean and the pool is large. High-speed internet available. No airco but several ventilators. Dénia is a wonderful little city with a nice promenade, numerous shops and restaurants, and lots of beach. We may return in the future.」
