Very equipped, with dishwasher, washing machine, ceiling fans, ducted air conditioning, etc. Large, sunny terrace with beautiful sea views and an awning to protect yourself from the sun. Underground garage. Community pool with saline chlorination for adults and children open all year. Very well-kept garden. Direct access to the beach. Very quiet and family area.
