The location is excellent—right in Shibuya, close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants, yet still quiet at night. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming. The hotel also has a restaurant on site offering excellent Neapolitan-style pizzas, as well as a very good breakfast. We would highly recommend it without hesitation."
