We only stayed for one night, but the location is great. Walkable to good food, parking included, and the area felt safe. Extremely friendly staff! Nina was so nice and provided a cute pup care bag for our dog.

Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch
There were issues at the hotel but also some nice things to enjoy. The parking was not fun - they were refinishing a walking area with sticky stuff and the shower was not fully clean but the Brewhouse was nice and the bed was comfortable. The Arch being nearby was great. The staff was hospitable ...

Hampton Inn St. Louis-Downtown (At the Gateway Arch)
No, the room wasn't spotless. One of the ottomans underneath the desk has some type of white crumbs or something on it. Other than that, the hospitality was nice.
