「Currently in the middle of road construction by the hotel. Not the hotels fault but difficult to get onto road」

「This place is exceptional from customer service to the cleanliness of the rooms. I truly enjoyed my stay also there are mexican and sushi restaurants and a movie theater in walking distance.」

「Room and common areas were clean and updated. Mattress was too firm. Ac fan was too loud. Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. I heard other guests say this is the BEST Best Western and I tend to agree.」

Patrick the manager, who should be congratulated on leading such a wonderful hotel with his amazing staff. I have never felt so important with the staff who took care of our party.」

「Room was very clean, parking was easy and ac kept room cold. Just wish they would remove carpets from rooms and install same lvp from hall ways, it would help with slight smell of closed room. Windoes didnt open (my room was on the 1st floor) and that im sure is for safery reasons. Overall very good for the price and I would definitely return.」

「There is a space between the door and the floor so you can hear everything on the in the hallway and if you swing your foot to hit the bed, there’s some metal aluminum frame makes us loud awful sound. I’ve never seen that before in a hotel they can’t put a regular bedframe.」

「Room was gross. Weird large table in the room clearly being stored in there forsome reason since it was wrapped with a Moving blanket. Shower was gross and would not drain the shower pan filled up and ran over onto the floor which would explain the state of the door. Swolen and gross. Took about 40 min to drain. I had to use almost all my towels for the floor. Towels were thin and cheap. I would like at least 40% of my money back. 」

「映画で見るようなドライブインモーテル、部屋の異臭だけでなくタオルやシーツも臭う。部屋のライト(ランプ)が付かないので、シンクとテレビの明かりだけ。トイレに髪の毛が落ちていたり、２階の客(恐らく子供)が夜11時過ぎまで走り回っていて天井からの騒音で眠れず。翌日はやくホテルを出ることだけ考えて数時間いたという感じ。ダウンタウンから近いとあるが、交通の便はかなり悪い。1泊90ドル近く支払ったが、30ドル以下だったらこんなに不満は出なかったかも。」

「No hassle parking for $15/day. Decent breakfast options including yogurt with toppings, eggs, a meat, & a side. We thought the front desk staff were especially congenial & friendly. Perfect riverview from room & updated bathroom. Did miss having a microwave in room though. 」
