「It was our fourth stay. We love the place. Every room has a great view. Parents seemed to keep their kids courteous, reasonably quiet, and respectful. The gym is small but functional.」

「This was my first time staying at a Trailborn hotel. Based on my stay, I will always look for Trailborn properties. The restaurant food was great. The bar service, OK. There were a few cocktail orders that were wrong or interesting interpretations. Loved all the amenities (hot tub, sauna, bikes, easy surf board rentals) and the staff was all very nice.

「I thought that price included all the fees and taxes. End up paying extra $50 in all different taxes. Also rooms need to be better sound proof. I heard everything that was going on in the room next door, could not sleep well.」

「Construction outside that was very noisy. very noisy hallways in the middle of the night, and other guest were very loud. We were able to hear everything. There was a smell in the hallways and in our room, one elevator was broken, other one had a crack in the floor that staff told us not to stand on, only one employee working and was unable to bring new amenities to the room.」

「Ease of check-in process. Extremely friendly staff members. Overall presentation of property」

「The property overall was fine. I didn’t realize that it was a compact hotel. The staff lovely but we stayed during some sort of kids tournament and those kids were left to their own devices and made an extreme mess of the hotel. The gym, pool was all out of sorts.」
