I stayed here 10 years ago and they definitely have done some remodeling and decorating stuff...love that there was a tki bar/restaurant on the property that plays live music and has games outside area...also pet friendly with a small dog park...and there is a small but very clean pool with new chairs and loungers out there...very much budget friendly, not all the fancy stuff, but no bug issues, staff helps ASAP, and very close to all the areas shops restaurants, beach, and lake are all within a mile...will always continue to stay here even if I can afford a beachfront fancy hotel, I would still pick here everytime, from 2016 until 2026, it has only gotten better!

King Room had a horrible whistling noise. Asked to switch rooms but no other room. Asked for a smaller room instead and ended up with the economy room and no discount was even offered. Took close to 45 minutes to get this taken care of and get into the new room. New room was very dirty. Asked for the manager to call the next day and never heard from them. Nothing was offered for the issues we have had nor have we heard from them.

parking was a nightmare. the door keypads didn’t work so a staff member had to let u in your room each time. the bathroom on the 3rd floor had a constant buzzing. tv was small and mostly in spanish. the springs in the bed were worn and felt when laying in the sunken in bed. the pool closes at 8p. over priced for the site.

The restaurant experience wasn’t pleasant. The bar staff seemed to act like we weren’t there. We had to go to the host to see where our server was after for about 15 to 20 minutes. We then had to ask about our food order because we were waiting almost an hour. They put someone else’s drink on our tab and all this happened and the restaurant was pretty dead. As for the room it is very minimalistic. The only good thing I have to say is the ac worked well. The shower felt like i could fall through at any point. The room wasn’t well maintained. Overall the price of the food, drinks, and room were honestly too high for the quality

This is more like a motel, not a resort. There were no towels in the room at all (nor any hand soap in the bathroom) and when we went to ask about them, we were told to come back, that most of them were being laundered. There were bugs in the room. The day before we left, when it was time for us to get cleaned up to go to dinner, I went to the office for clean towels and toilet paper and no one was there so I had to grab a pool towel in order to take a shower. The girl checking us in never smiled or welcomed us. Also we got a two bedroom unit as there were 6 of us and the shower ran out of hot water after a couple of us showered. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

The staff were very helpful and very nice. There is a restaurant on the property with live music. Over all it was nice however the room was small on place to put my luggage down. Not a bad place to stay but kinda a long walk to the beach if you're 65 years old.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Dirty room (had to clean the floors myself), tried to charge more, tiny room & tiny parking lot, front desk person said I didn’t call the hotel (when I did), gave us 2 towels for 4 people, just 1 tiny trash can in the room. Believe me, the list goes on…it’s awful.
