「The property is exactly as stated in the listing. It’s beautiful and quiet. We loved it! The property manager communicated very well. Only two very minor issues mosquitos in the backyard, so bring something. The other was the pool cleaning service. They showed up not on the scheduled days and one morning he showed up at 6:30AM. Nothing to do with the house but just an fyi. 」

「Upon the arrival of this lovely townhouse, their lockbox was a little tricky, but we figured it out. All lockboxes are different but what I did like about this one is you did not need a key to the house! You just type in a code. The house was super clean. The beds were all made up, and I noticed the toilets and sinks and bathtubs have all been washed (i’m a bit of a stickler when it comes to that) The place is walking distance to a a souvenir and convenience stores as well as little shops for...

「Our son is playing summer Collegiate baseball in Cocunut Creek. The host was very attentive to our stay and responds very quickly when asked a question. The inside of the property is very clean and there were plenty of towels and supplies. Our only complaint is that the grill cover should be replaced and some weeding around the pavers for the pool. The overall is we would stay he again and enjoyed the property very much. 」

「Fantastic location! It was such an easy walk to the beach every day and the beach cart containing chairs, umbrella and anything you could need was a definite plus. Our host was amazing with responsiveness, which came in handy when the local internet provider had an issue, he called to figure it out and reached out as soon as it was resolved- at 1:30am- which I think went above and beyond. 」
