「The side door that was supposed to be locked, wasn't. The swimming pool was ok but the door into it was all messed up. The hot tub was warm but no bubbles. Staff were nice but did not keep people's voices down in the lobby until after midnight.」

「Great stay for a great price! The hotel was spotless and quiet despite its location near the freeway. Our check-in experience with Tkono (I am pretty sure I'm spelling her name wrong and my sincere apologies) was fantastic - we felt welcomed from the moment we stepped in the lobby and we appreciated her friendliness and helpfulness.
