"One of the closest hotels walking distance from the airport, very convenient! But the facilities are very old and the noise from the heaters and refrigerator prevented me from sleeping at all. The staff was arrogant and did not want to carry any of our luggage even though we had a huge amount of it. The hotel was inflexible and would not listen to my requests to change my itinerary (other hotels were willing to accommodate me).
