「The side door that was supposed to be locked, wasn't. The swimming pool was ok but the door into it was all messed up. The hot tub was warm but no bubbles. Staff were nice but did not keep people's voices down in the lobby until after midnight.」

「TV not operable and no working remote. Three different staff members “troubleshot” with a pile of remotes for a totally different brand TV. Heating/AC unit broken and inoperable.
