「This is a really neat property, but unfortunately we were really disappointed due to nearly all the amenity we booked for was closed. Make sure you check what will actually be available your dates before booking! We were excited about the pool, gym, cafe with good pricing and the play area for the kids. After booking, we got the welcome message stating to book in with reception for 1 hour gym sessions. They also let us know the pool was closed during school holidays. We were bummed about the...

「Staff are friendly and easy to ask questions. 」

「Everything was great. Friendly staff, a large spa bath in the room.」

「A very beautiful place to stay, very helpful staff and the chapel is a must-visit. Though the continental breakfast that was included could need some improvement, it was a pleasant stay overall. Will definitely stay again」

「Unfortunately, a catalogue of errors turned a straightforward overnight stay into an extremely stressful experience. I booked specifically because I was working back-to-back 14-hour shifts and needed to avoid a three-hour round trip home. I arrived at 10pm, collected my key as instructed and was allocated Room 218. After 20 minutes searching different floors and hotel maps, I couldn’t find it. The out-of-hours number provided didn’t work. When I eventually reached an after-hours staff member...
