「very good I will use the hotel next year again! 」

「Everything was great, but the reception, lounge, and working area close at 23:00, so I wasn’t able to keep working. That was the only drawback.」

「Very nice and clean room. Staff was very friendly and helpfull, especially the ones at the bar. Only trouble is parking; you have to walk quite a ways sometime from the parking garage to the hotel. But that's not so much on the hotel as it is on the (sometimes poor) city planning of the city of Antwerp. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Antwerp!」

「The room was spacious and clean. However, it was disappointing that there was no kettle or complimentary coffee in the room.」

「Location of hotel was near to my office and it was good stay.」

「Obviously they did not have enough people at the hotel. No one pick up the phone and we had to wait more than one hour to receive our luggage. Restaurants and the bar was fully occupied . The location was good and comfortable. 」
