We picked this home because each kiddo would get a bed, which is hard to find for a family of five in our price range. Let me give you the good and the bad.
Good- spacious and gorgeous grounds. The area is beautiful and the pool is amazing. Three bathrooms is a great for a big family and we could bring our dog. We had room to spread out. And the wash dryer was a huge plus after a day of hiking and swimming! The grounds were gorgeous, safe to walk even in the street and a cute little playground. The kids loved the pool.
Bad- The home def needs updating. The porch had old worn wooden patio furniture. One chair was broken. The porch could have been amazing but there really wasn’t a place to sit besides an old table. There is a grill, a actually two, but no real grill tools so bring your own. We brought burgers and dogs and made them inside instead. The back door was missing a screen so our dog could jump out. The bathrooms were not so good, they need some major updates, even the kids said it took forever to wash our their shampoo. Needs some paint and caulk for sure. The tvs are old and remotes needed batteries, we ran to the store down the street but they didn’t have any. No big deal we weren’t here to watch tv it was just an inconvenience at night as we were winding down before putting the kids to bed.
Overall it was fine, better than keeping five people in a hotel room for sure. I would look for another unit like the other family suggested as well.
