「Only one pack of coffee in the room and the heaters were to noisy. 」

「The hotel lobby was closed when we arrived about 6pm....we had to call and get a door code for our room...only 2 towels for a 4 person room.... dried blood spot on a comforter....outlets were dirty...could hear the people in the room next door talk very clearly (no insulation or sound proofing)....sheets didn't match....no stopper for the tub to take a bath....heat/AC wouldn't keep consistent temperature. All in all in was very unpleasant experience and we will not be staying there again on...

「This motel was in a convenient location for our needs. The room was clean and spacious, and the 4-queen-bed situation was excellent for the price. However, having absolutely no way to turn the heating on during a 8°C night is wild. The bathroom fan wasn't functional either. As others have mentioned, trains run nearby. We heard at least six during the ≈12hours we spent in Sprague, so plan on using earplugs. Overall a decent place, just cold. 」

「Beautiful view! The cabin was very nice but had some scratch marks from dogs on the trim and the dishwasher was moldy. Other than that it was very nice and comfortable. 」

「The property was beautiful and loaded with amenities! It just wasn’t super clean, I kept randomly finding things throughout my stay that were progressively more dirty. The soles of my feet were completely black at the end of my stay despite not going outside. I found dirty dishes in the cabinet, spiderwebs strung through almost every set of blinds, random clumps of hair, and even a toenail on the cover for the pullout bed.」
