「It was a nice surprise that there was a fridge and microwave in the room, which were not listed in the amenities. I paid extra for the room with a queen bed and pull-out couch so my adult child and I could have separate beds as an extra comfort for our quick stay. However, when I opened up the couch it was absolutely filthy with stains, crumbs, dirt, etc. It was clear it doesn't get cleaned. There were also no bed linens immediately available for it. I would have asked for linens if not for...
