Brand new, 1 bedroom with loft, shop/house with beautiful views overlooking Lake Roosevelt. Shop/House has 1 bedroom (upstairs) and loft space (upstairs), with pull out sofa with memory foam mattress. One full bath, located on main floor, with sauna. Cozy home, giving the feel of the outdoors with the comforts of home. Home also includes dry sauna, covered front porch with propane BBQ and propane fire pit (propane fire pit will be removed during a fire ban). Home includes high speed internet, TVs with Dish Network and access to any TV subscriptions you may have. Pet Friendly. Access to 3 boat launches, all approximately 5 miles away, which include Hawk Creek, Seven Bays Marina, Fort Spokane. Fishing, boating, hunting, swimming/water sports are abundant! Or a perfect place for peace and quiet. (Please note that if you have mobility issues this may not be the house for you. All beds are upstairs, and the bathroom is downstairs)

This was our third stay, and we love staying at this cozy home. Great views of Lake Roosevelt, lots of wildlife to watch as well. The host is super nice and replies to any concerns or questions that we ask her.

Cozy with beautiful view

My husband and I really enjoyed our two night stay and it was perfectly located five minutes away from the wedding venue that we there for. The place was very cozy, everything you need, new, clean, and nicely decorated. Favorite part was the amazing view.

View of Lake Roosevelt and Wildlife

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. View from the home is gorgeous! The home was well stocked, and all the cookware was in great condition. The check in was easy as the host supplied very good instructions. We had a relaxing and great time. Hope to be back again!!

Fishing Getaway

Shari's place is perfect for a fishing vacation. The house is close to boat launch and so well stocked. There is nothing we were needing our whole stay. We will definitely be back!

I would stay here over and over again! Great location for what we were doing .. Love the view.. the pictures don't do it justice and the home.. chef's kiss! Cozy and perfect for the two of us! The owner is very responsive and we were very happy.. Super clean, Super Cozy and the views.. just WOW!

Beautiful sunset view, tons of nature!

What a beautiful place to stay! We spent every day out on our boat (boat launch 5 minutes down the road, easy to park large truck and boat trailer) and every evening grilling, enjoying the sunset, and watching the deer. We loved it so much that we called out of work and stayed an extra night, see you on the water! (:

Beautiful Views

The home sits on a newer development up on the hill. Great view of Lake Roosevelt and surrounding mountains. We saw lots of deer and turkeys looking out the windows too. The home is equipped with everything you need..We will book this awesome place again.

Bird’s nest

We stayed here 2 nights on our way to Spokane. It’sa little bird’s nest up here looking out over the Columbia. The first thing I saw was quail out in the yard, my favorite bird! The house was very clean and orderly and had everything. We would happily stay again

Loved our weekend!

We came over to go fishing and this was the perfect place to stay! It had absolutely everything we could want. Super clean and comfy. Close to the boat launch and close to the mav pub, where we had pizza one night. The owners have provided everything needed and then some. I loved the sauna after a chilly day on the lake! We will absolutely be back! 5 stars all around! Thank you!!

Great views

Everything was exactly as described in the post. Good wi-fi, kitchen had everything we needed, and the bed was comfy. The views and sunsets were stunning. The driveway was perfect for us as we had our jet skis with so easy parking.
