「We had a lovely stay with our family of six persons in Moonbeam Cottage! It is a colourful, bright house with a well equipped kitchen, three well functioning bathrooms and a nice garden. 「The host was pleasant and easily reachable. Good sea view from the property and walkable distance to the seafront. Cleaning arrangements needs to be improved. Kitchen and crockery wasn't clean enough. The cleaners were still cleaning the property after we arrived which was past our checkin time. And they started cleaning the property while we were away before the checkout. Microwave oven didn't work while we were there which was quite inconvenient.」

"Although I arrived at the hotel around 9:00 a.m. for a one-night stay, I was able to check in and access my room immediately. Having arrived in London on an overnight flight from Ghana early that morning, I was able to shower, enjoy lunch in the city, and feel refreshed enough to make the most of the afternoon and evening. The Chinese restaurant on the top floor is also excellent; next time, I would love to book a table and try the Peking duck."

" ■とても親切なスタッフさん！とても親切なスタッフの方々に助けられました！施設自体は料金相応で少し古さを感じますが、館内は清潔に保たれています。パディントン駅から近く、観光や空港移動の拠点としてとても便利でした。エレベーターがないため荷物は階段で運ぶ必要がありますが、スタッフの方が私の重いスーツケースを運んでくださり、とても助かりました。特にモンゴル出身の女性スタッフの方には大変お世話になりました。ロンドンを起点にアイルランドへ旅行する際、本来は短期間のみの対応だったにもかかわらず、2泊も荷物を預かってくださいました。本当に感謝しています。お話をしている中で、日本とは文化やサービスの考え方が異なるため、日本人旅行者（特に出張者）の中には期待とのギャップから低い評価を付けてしまう方がいることを残念に思っていると伺いました。確かに、いわゆるフルサービスのホテルを求める方には向かないかもしれません。しかし、「便利な立地」「清潔さ」「手頃な価格」という3つの魅力はしっかり揃っています。その点を理解した上で利用される方には、とても良い宿だと思いますし、ぜひおすすめしたいホテルです。そして、もし期待と少し違う点があったとしても、スタッフの皆さんは一生懸命対応してくれています。厳しいレビューを書く前に、そのことも少し思い出していただけたら嬉しいです。 ■ Kind and Helpful Staff! To be fair, the hotel is a little dated, which is reflected in the affordable rates, but it is clean and very conveniently located near Paddington Station. There is no elevator, but the staff kindly helped me carry my heavy suitcase upstairs. I was especially grateful to a Mongolian lady staff member who went above and beyond by storing my luggage for two nights while I was traveling to Ireland. Her kindness made my trip much easier. This may not be the right hotel if you are looking for a full-service experience. However, if you value a convenient location, cleanliness, and affordability, I would definitely recommend staying here. The staff work hard and genuinely care about their guests, and I am very thankful for the help I received during my stay."
